The Committee headed by Mr.Justice N.V.Balasubramanian has announced the revised Fees structure for B.E / B.Tech / B.Arch degree courses in Self Financing Engineering Colleges and the same has been communicated in the Proceedings first cited. The Fee structure is applicable for the year 2012-13 only. The details are given below:

Note: For all UG courses other fees such as Sports activities, Professional Association, Society fee etc. are levied separately. (as reported by a college in their mandatory disclosure) This is ill-legal. Lodge a complaint to DOTE and Registrar Anna University!

                Civil engineering will be offered by fifty more colleges.  Aeronautical engineering and information technology will be offered by lesser number of colleges than 2014-15.  Since the number of applications received for counseling is reduced compared to last year capacity utilization will be considerably lowered.  Since the admission is very poor in many colleges the scope of faculty working in underutilized /sick colleges will be blink.  Anna university is keen in collecting the affiliation fees only and not considering the scope of the sick colleges and improving the conditions of the faculties.
